Food Junction Holdings Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 22 April 2000. The Group was listed on SESDAQ on November 2001, and upgraded to the MAINBOARD of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) on 28 October 2008. Food Junction Group ("our Group") was founded in 1993 and opened its first food court at Bishan Junction 8. Our Group was among the first in Singapore to operate and manage food courts with themed concept and serve a mix of local fare and international cuisine to give customers greater variety.
